About Karen Tyler....
I graduated with my AMS 25 years ago from the Montessori Teachers Education Center - SF, Bay Area (MTEC). The Program Director is Dr. Pamela Z. Lanaro (now Rigg). Dr. Rigg is the author of many of the R & D Manuals. I feel that I had the best Montessori education a person could have and I encourage you to contact the above website if you live in the San Franciso Bay area!
I have been teaching for over 30 years now and this includes teaching a Montessori training course through Yahoo Groups since 2006. I have had over 600 students from all over the world take my course! Many have received their certificate of completion and are continuing to use the Montessori Method every day. I love my work and I love my students!
I am continuing to read, research and develop additional Montessori Albums and products. My life is dedicated to loving and bringing up children so that they respect others, are independent, peaceful, loving and full of passion for learning more about the world in which they are so blessed to live in!

Karen lives in Indianpolis, Indiana, with her husband and dog Toby. She has raised three children and has 6 grandchildren! She can often be found on the floor with the grandchildren playing games, reading books and being just plain "silly!"
